Speaker Bio
Chris Baum
A UX practitioner who started his career in Technology as a Customer Service rep, Chris is on his third stint as a Product Manager, currently at jaman.com. In designer guise, he most closely identifies as a User Experience practitioner or an Enterprise (Big) Information Architect.
He fell into the UX game during the dot com boom where he discovered a talent for interpretation (between users and the business, designers and business people, between different kinds of designers) and an ability to see simple, yet often radical, solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
Striving to provide our business leaders with some of the insights UX professionals see every day, he wants to explore how to apply design approaches at a higher level than the interface.
