Peter Jones

Dr. Jones is Managing Principal, Redesign Research, Dayton and Toronto Board Member, Institute for 21st Century Agoras. Redesign Research, Inc. is a consulting practice for interactive design,user experience research and innovation strategy. Peter's work involves experiential and cognitive research into professional work practices for innovation and product design. He has over 15 years experience in organizational consulting, education, and product strategy. Dr. Jones authored Team Design: A Practitioner's Guide to Collaborative Innovation, a handbook for facilitators of participatory design and development process. He has published recent scholarly research on socializing organizational strategy, arguing for empirical and social alternatives to top-down "strategic alignment".
