James Robertson

James is the managing director of Step Two Designs, and is based in Sydney, Australia. He is recognised as a thought-leader on intranets and enterprise IA. James has keynoted conferences throughout the world, including events throughout Australia as well as in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Denmark, The Netherlands, UK and the US.

James has published over 150 articles, including the Boxes and Arrows article on “Succeeding at IA in the Enterprise”. He presented at last year’s IA Summit in Vancouver, including running a well-received pre-conference workshop on intranet strategy.
